Barb Hohlbaugh Barb Hohlbaugh is CEO and Director of Purchasing for Midwest Transport, Inc. She has lived in several states and was elected President of 3 Newcomers clubs, has been President of Business and Professional Women and was Business and Professional Woman of the Year. She began her own business in Louisiana and after 18 years sold the business and moved back to Robinson. The money realized from this sale became a significant portion of the money used to purchase Midwest. She has considerable experience in purchasing and managing from owning her own business. She’s also developed excellent people skills from her time being a sole proprietor and a civic leader. Her hobbies include study of American Indian culture as her Grandmother was a Native American who was in the “Trail of Tears”.
Ken Hohlbaugh Ken Hohlbaugh, President of Midwest Transport, Inc., has 33 years of management experience at Pillsbury. He has a Bachelor of Science degree.
picresized_1250563169_scott.jpg Scott Berty joined MTI as the new CFO in June 2009 after serving as Materials Manager for Dana’s Robinson Sealing plant. During my tenure with Dana, I held the position of Global Manager of Strategic Initiatives where I was able to  travel the world assisting other Dana plants.  Prior to Dana, I served as Division Controller for a Private Equity Group in Detroit where I was responsible for the financial performance of 10 facilities in North America and Europe.  I received a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Evansville and a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of New Haven in CT.  I am a Six Sigma Green Belt and I have completed the Toyota and Caterpillar Production System courses. I am married to Nancy (Buczko) Berty and we have three children Alex 17 , Nick 13 and Meredith 8. All are very active in sports and enjoy living in Robinson.  I help coach JFL Football and Pigtail’s softball. We have lived all over the U.S. and they were all very happy to return to Robinson! 
Deona Dugger Deona Dugger is our logistics manager. She has been with the company for 16 years, working in virtually every single department. Her vast knowledge and expertise are instrumental to MTI’s mail hauling success!!
Janie Janie Ensminger has been involved in all aspects of the mail transportation business since 1980. She is currently the postal contract administrator for MTI.
Larry Jansen Larry Jansen is the Safety Director for MTI. He is responsible for the overall safety and training issues throughout MTI. He is involved with the field managers (train the trainer) programs and conducts safety meetings for the drivers. He also works to improve safety in the overall work environment. He is involved in the “intervention” and “retraining” of drivers that have issues that MTI believes can be resolved through training. Larry has been involved in all facets of the Trucking Industry and most recently was in charge of the Freight operation for MTI. His diverse background is a great resource in this challenging assignment of taking the approach that every accident is avoidable and every injury need not happen if SAFETY was the number one issue in the corporation!
Bob Tucker Bob Tucker is the terminal manager for the Greenup maintenance facility. Bob has been the assistant manager at Greenup and before that was in charge of parts for basically the entire corporation. His background of understanding the parts business, computer issues and mechanical issues allow him to function well in this assignment. Greenup is the repair facility for major issues on tractors and trailers. This assignment demands outstanding communication skills with other field managers, planning loads to facilitate the equipment back and forth to Greenup, and the efficient use of time management of the facility. Maintaining cost control is of utmost importance in this assignment.
