Pictures are of Jacksonville (round tables) with Michael (mechanic) receiving his award. Ed Cottman is with Stanley in Dunn receiving his award.
Mechanic, Michael Demott was present at the Safety Meeting and was awarded an Outstanding Performance Award from Regional Manager, Stanley Howell for going above and beyond in his dedication and work ethics with MTI. Michael has proven himself to be a valued employee who has worked hard and never failed to help out in any situation or emergency that has arrisen. We are very thankful for all of Michael's hard work and effort to work as a key member in the Jacksonville Shop.

Driver, Ed Cottman was presented an Outstanding Performance award from Regional Manager, Stanley Howell at the Dunn Safety Meeting. Ed has consistently shown a strong dedication to MTI over the years and has always been the type of employee who steps up when needed. Ed has been a positive employee with strong work ethics and simply put, a role model for others and a positive source for new and older drivers. His high level of morale and willing to help in any situation has made him stand out, for this we are happy to award Ed for his overachievement.

Safety Meetings were held in Jacksonville, FL and Dunn, NC in February and was well received by all who attended. Our Safety Director talked extensively about CSA scores, JJ Keller, communication (through our website and other avenues), the new Bonus program and a training presentation was given on Elogs to the groups and in individualized settings. Feedback from all meetings have been extremely positive and we are very enthusiastic about the direction in which MTI is headed. More importantly we are excited from the reception the drivers have given from all the information that was discussed.
